From audit findings to recovered margin
An audit that ends in a slide deck changes nothing. The value is in the actions the findings point to, and the good news is that the list is usually short.
First action: warn the confirmed pattern customers. A policy notice that shows their own history changes behavior in most cases, and it costs nothing to send.
Second action: fix the problem SKUs. If the audit shows three products driving most bracketing, better fit content on those pages pays back faster than any policy change.
Third action: stand up ongoing scoring so the audit never needs repeating. Customer scores that update on every order keep the perimeter in place, catch new abusers early, and turn a one-time project into a permanent control.
