Bracketing is ordering multiple sizes or colors with the intent to return most of them, usually honestly and upfront. Wardrobing is using an item and then returning it as if unused. They need different responses: better fit tools for bracketing, inspection and evidence for wardrobing.
Why do return reason codes hide abuse?
